Connect with Christ

The world has so many different spins on Christianity. If for example I was to conduct an internet search on Google using the phrase “What is a Christian?” I would get a relatively inadequate dictionary definition and over 35 million web pages all describing ‘how’ or ‘how not to’ become a Christian. It would take a very, very long time to scour that many web pages to find the answers you are searching for.

So let me save you the trouble, I’ll let you in on a little secret. ‘All’ the answers you are looking for are in a single book. The Bible. It is the only book that is the perfect, untainted and fully trustworthy record of what Christianity is. Now I know it’s a big book, and there’s thousands of concepts in there that are just plain difficult to understand. It’s a daunting book to pick up because unlike most books, it might not be best to read it cover to cover. I rummaged through a ton of YouTube videos and found this. It’s not perfect, and it does have faults. But don’t we all?

The following is a 5 minute video describing the Good News of Jesus Christ as described in the bible. It’s a great starting point, and undoubtedly it will raise some really tough questions in your mind. Below are some resources and links so if you feel like you want to know more, you can.
